I purchased a starter kit at the Galaria Mall in Rosevile (Sacramento Area), and had to return it 6 times because the batteries would not charge or hold a charge for more then an hour. I could not return the kit for a refund.
When I found Leaford reviews I purchased the Vapor King and have not smoked for 2 weeks now.
Smoking Everywhere is a rip off!!!!

The latest SCAM from Smoking Everywhere is their 14 day free trial.

What they don't tell you, but is hidden in fine print, is the 14 days starts the same day you sign up, and they will not ship you the cigaretts until the last 3 days of free trail.

I noticed that, and called them as soon as I received the cigs to tell them I will be returning the package, and asked for RMA. They just put me on hold for 15 minutes, and hung up. I called gain, and same thing.

I emailed them, and returned the e-cig with a letter requesting the cancellation, with tracking number.

They charged my card $99.02 after 5 days, and will not return Email, phone, fax messages.

Florida BBB shows more than 11 excat unanswered complains from them in one week.

Looks like Smoking Everywhere is on its last legs. Oregan has already sued them for false claims.

Okay, fellow vapers

I did hear back from SmokingEverywhere. They told me that if there was a problem to send the starter kit back and they would repair or replace it. This is not what I expected considering the feed back I had been getting from this site and others. A couple of days later, I got my order of cartridges. Very good. A lot of vapor but not a lot of life. Maybe 10-12 real cigarettes.

In the interim period, I had ordered an E-Cig starter with 25 cartridges from China. They were delivered on time with no hold up at U.S. Customs. I gotta tell you that I like the built in atomizer in the Ecig...but it's a hot vape since the heating element is so close to one's lips. Also, cartridge and battery life is short...at least for this pack and a half a day smoker.

Contrary to other reports, my SmokingEverywhere outshines the E-cig mini with more vapor, easier draw, longer cartridge life and battery life. But I don't find that I can smoke either of them the way I could smoke a tobacco cig.

Still working on the switch over.

Hey, man.

Last week, on a Wednesday I received my Smoking Everywhere 3.0 Gold Edition starter kit along with another 5 pack of cartridges. By Saturday night I was down to two cartridges and not getting a 10th of the vapor that I got when just starting. I gave up Sunday and went back to tobacco. Not happy.

I had ordered another 25 cartridges but cancelled. I went online and found that it could be a fouled atomizer so I soaked it in a heated 5% acid solution (white distilled vinegar). Since I did that, I put in my last cartridge and a fully charged battery and gave it one more try. It worked and worked well.

Turns out they did not cancel my order for cartridges and I am waiting to hear some tech advice on the atomizer and short cartridge life.

I'll keep you posted. You keep me posted.

Happy Vapeday....Hamish

I purchased my e-cigarettes from WhiteCloud, a kiosk in the Citrus Mall in Florida. They also have a kiosk in the Country Side mall in Clearwater, Fl. I originally bought the Cirus model and after one month both of the batteries were dead, dead, dead. When I went back to the mall the handed me a letter that explained they had quit selling them and I could upgrade for $49.95 to the Strattus model. It does have better battery life but it makes a whistling noise everytime you draw on it. The cartridges are not as long lasting either.

If I want to try and replace my old ones I have to mail them to a PO Box in Tarpon Springs, FL. If they have them they will send them to me. It will take 4 to six weeks. Horse hockey, I still have 5 cartons of those types of cartridges left and I either want a trade or new Cirus models.

I have talked to three different people at the kiosk in Citrus Mall and all three state they are not part of Smoke21, but their help line answers as Smoke21.

When I find a solution to this dilemma I will let you know.

Hey Leaford, nice detective work. just to confuse the matter further - A lot of of the e-cigs from China come with "smoking anywhere" already as the brand written on the box. I think maybe this is where they got the idea to sell under this name as it meant they didn't have to change packaging and anyone buying one randomly would be directed to their site too if they typed in the brand on the box. SO Smoking Everywhere now own Njoy? Maybe Njoy are getting out of the business because they see that they won't be able to sell for longer unless Big Pharm intervene although they seem to be getting in on the action already. I read a while ago that MIRI PHARM bought a stake in Njoy.
